Product Owner

This course designed to develop learners' product ownership capabilities, focuses on building and refining frameworks for successful software product development.

The course is a 2-day intensive program, providing a total of 16 hours of instruction. 

Each day features 8 hours of combined theoretical and practical training.

Modules include: 

1. Overview of Product Owner (PO) Role

    - Defining the PO: What is a PO, when and why do we need one?

    - Comparing PO with Project Manager, Product Director, and Chief Product Officer.

2. Understanding Product Vision and Strategy

    - How to define a clear product vision.

    - Techniques for aligning product strategy with business objectives.

3. Product Development Framework (PDF)

     - Overview and definition of a framework.

     - How to define the stages and responsibilities of each role in a PDF.

     - Techniques for creating templates for each stage.

     - How to organize teams and councils to manage and control a PDF
